CUWL Std - Generate Unity Connection License file

Hi,

We have CUCM 8.x cluster & Unity Connection 8.6 cluster.Recently we purchased 300 CUWL standard license covering both CUCM and CUC . I used the provided PAK(along with CUCM server MAC) to generate CUCM license. Now how can I use the same PAK to generate Unity Connection voicemail box license as the 300 CUWL Standard we purchased covers for both the systems?

I tried using the same PAK on Cisco site but got error saying the PAK is already used..

How u have received the licenses [Electronic form or physical delivery]?Please cross-check once more whetheru have received more than one PAK Key.

Same PAK cannot be used, as the message is coming while u are trying to do so.

You should have received separate voicemail user PAK wit purchase of CUWL, look for those and register with UCXN MAC and apply to UCXN Publisher.
