Hi,
We have upgraded Cisco Dect base station 210 firmware to 4.8.1 (DBS-210-3PC_v0480_b0012). After the upgrade, we are unable to log in with the default admin account (admin/admin). We are able to log in with user account. Is there any changes in new the new firmware release for the admin login?
Thanks for the support.

I have exactly the same problem. admin/Cisco is not working. Did anyone find a solution?

After upgrading the dbs210 to firmware 5.0 it worked with admin/admin (after a hard reset (holding down for like 30s)) -- but then would quickly reset the password to something we didn't know. Turns out it was in some "Edos" system from cisco that would autoprovision/set it. Tech support was able to remove this from their system and that fixed the issue.

Hi sitzman,
thanks for sharing. Will try this when I get back to the office. What do you mean with „Tech Support“? CISCOs or your own? And how can I remove it from what system?

Hi
Once the DECT is registered on Webex Calling, the device's password is set to an unknown string and is defined by the WcH, you will not be able to carry out any administration on the device itself nor access the management interface via http/https. All configuration must be done through Control Hub.
