Hello,
I am having a 24 second delay on out going calls. All of the TM settings are at default. Any suggestions on what to change?

Jesse, have you checked with your voice circuit provider? We had similar issues with a UC560, long delay before the outbound calls would ring. It turned out to be an issue with the provider. Have them check their logs and do an active call to test.
Your issue may not be the same, but checking this will give you a place to start.

Please confirm with service provider as suggested by Paul but would you mind also giving us an idea of what the call flow is like, please?
