What country is this in?  Looking at dial-peers 2 and 3 they are overlapping which may cause issues depending on what you are dialing.  I would suggest capturing "debug voice ccapi inout" for the failed call, which will tell us what is being matched.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your reply. for dial-peer 1 this is designed for UK , Dial-peer 2 and 3 are made for NANP

Dial-peer 1 meant for 9.1[10 digits] and dial-peer 2 meant for 9.[10 digits]

the first XXX1 phone works good but other phone are not working well. I can delete dial-peer 3 and try

Thanks for your help

From the debug it looks like single digit was dialed "1", how did you dial enblock or digit by digit?

One thing you are missing is inbund voip dial-peer, can you add something like:

dial-peer voice 10 voip
description CME - Inbound
session protocol sipv2
incoming called-number .
codec g711ulaw
dtmf-relay sip-notify rtp-nte
ip qos dscp cs3 signaling
no vad

You also mention it works from some phones and not others, can you point which one it works for and which one it does not? Are all your phones SIP phones or are there SCCP as well?

Viewing full config would be helpful as I dont see what you have under "voice service voip" or "sip-ua"

Thank you very much Chris

I just dialed 1003 and pressed Speaker and it wasn't ringing. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't

This happens in all the phone. I have 3 8865 phones and the same thing happens

I wonder why do we need an inbound dial-peer? I did the PLAR to my phone and works well. Incoming calls , I don't have any issues at all. The incoming calls on both UK Landline and OBItalk works perfectly with the ID and everything

All my phones are SIP phone and I don't have any telephony-service activated only 8865 phones

Here you are all the entire config

I appreciate all your help
