Hello,
I have problem with my Dial-peer.
I defined dial-peer 2 with 4 codes to prevent all staff calling International , except those who have the code.
I realized that I cannot call Emergency number like 911 or 9102 and some National number 908034567834.
Here are my Dial-peer configs;
dial-peer voice 1 pots
trunkgroup Group0
preference 5
destination-pattern 9[0-9][1-9]T ( To call National)
dial-peer voice 2 pots
trunkgroup Group0
destination-pattern 9112200T (To call international someone will need to dial 1122 (0049) .........)
prefix 00
Any help please?

Hello
I hope to share answers for the below questions:-
1-Can you share the full configuration which includes dial-peers (911 ,9102 ,etc...) and national number which have problems during outgoing calls?.
2-Router# show dial-peer voice summ output.
Thanks

Hi Davy Ad
define a new dial peer like this
dial-peer voice 3 pots
destination-pattern 9911
Forward-digits 3
i assume you you are using 9 for secondary dial tone but it depends how you call to a national no.? otherwise it will create issues with dial peer used to call national calls.
please mentione how you call to a national no. i mean prefix used.

Is this CUCM or CME solution, why not use FAC rather than this prefix?

Hello ,
It is CME and I use 9 to dial out.

I am pretty sure you can use FAC with CME on certain versions.

Hi.
As Chris mentioned, (+5P C) starting from CME version 8.5 you can use Force Authorization Code feature to achieve your goal.
