Hello,
Attached is the running config.
Call gets disconnected and the fast busy tone comes when user try to dial after disconnect this is happening everyday , when i try to troubleshoot i see the below error in the logging buffer continuously.
IVR-3-LOW_CPU_RESOURCE: IVR: System experiencing high cpu utilization (96/100).
Call (callID=1525154) is rejected
I have noticed that when i shut the dial-peer for the CUCM-SUB everything works fine, the errors in the logging buffer also stops when i enable the dial-peer the logging buffer gets full by the above logs
sh proc cpu
CPU utilization for five seconds: 98%/8%; one minute: 97%; five minutes: 58%
PID Runtime(uS) Invoked uSecs 5Sec 1Min 5Min TTY Process

Hi Clark,
You can additionally gather the "show proc cpu sorted" so we can see what is the proccess that is consuming more CPU. Also, you can gather "show procces memory" to check the memory utilization.
Can you share the "show tech" from the router? We will have a better idea of the current setup.

Hi Clark,
Confirmed that the proceess:
CCH323_CT
is the one that consumes the highest resources on the Router. Could you post the complete "show tech"?
I can see only a couple of voip dial-peers, and to be honest, only 3 h323 voip dial-peers willnot cause the CPU to increase close to the 99% of utilization.
Perhaps, the router is receiving tons of H323 requests and is causing the high cpu utilization.

Clark,
Sounds like a call loop or something similar.

Agree Brian...
However, the piece of config on the post is not reflecting an obvious call loop, sure enough with a full config and/or a detailed debug we will see it
