Hi experts
When my customer create a BOM for CUCM, and select the MIG-CUCM-USR-A license, the CUCM-USR is auto-selected.
The quantity is twice of MIG-CUCM-USR-A.
In some other documents, the CUCM-USR quentity is quadruple of MIG-CUCM-USR-A.
What is CUCM-USR? How to calculate it?
Many thanks!
Quan

Since you're a Cisco employee, you would have access to the ordering guides (your customer will NOT). I suggest you build this quote yourself since you'll need it in CCW anyways and you'll be on the hook - from the customer's viewpoint - if you bless their quote and overlooked something. Partner helpline can also assist with sales activites.
LIC-CUCM-USR-A is a UCL Enhanced user for <1000 seats. The MIG- parts were used with the 3x3 and later the 9x3 promotions which targeted customers who had allowed their ESW/UCSS coverage to lapse but wanted to upgrade. As far as I can tell these have ended as they are no longer listed in the active incentive programs listing.

Hi Quan,
CUCM-USR is the part code for adding users. It is the main SKU.That is the reason it is auto selected.
I think u are doing upgradation of call manager since MIG-CUCM-USR-A is the part code for migrating users.
The licensing is as per CUWL [Basic/ Enhanced users]
You can speak to Cisco SE for more understanding.
regds,
aman
