Dial Plan configurations for replacing digits

Hello,

 

we are attempting to configure a dial plan for the Cisco MPP phones and are running into issues.  What we are looking to do is to forward the call from 611 directly to a call center.  The code we have working in a Polycom phone is:

R611R1234567890R which would cause the phone to dial 1234567890 when the user enters 611 into the dial pad.  Entering this config into a Cisco phone does not yield successful results.  Is there a way to manipulate the Dial Plan for the MPP phones to achieve this action?

Try to include the following on your MPP dial plan: <611:1234567890>
