Hello,
we are attempting to configure a dial plan for the Cisco MPP phones and are running into issues. What we are looking to do is to forward the call from 611 directly to a call center. The code we have working in a Polycom phone is:
R611R1234567890R which would cause the phone to dial 1234567890 when the user enters 611 into the dial pad. Entering this config into a Cisco phone does not yield successful results. Is there a way to manipulate the Dial Plan for the MPP phones to achieve this action?
