Hi,
My customer has a callmanager 4.1, and until recently he had Windows XP and could dial from outlook.
Now some new PC's are windows 7, and the TAPI doesn't work anymore.
Is there a way to make this work?

Based on our guide for UC Windows 7 Support:
Windows 7 needs to use the 8.5(1) TAPI, which is available with CUCM 8.5
Also, you would need to check if your PC's are running 32/64 bit as support for 64 bit has still not been released.
