Dialing out via T1 result in a reorder tone after migration

So there was a mirgation of the office. We moved everything over.

The CME router is a 2911 and it have a full t1 pots on it for local calls. the dialpeer to
Issues, When dialing local calls that is meant to go out the T1 line i get a reorder tone. all configurations have been remained same. same carrier.

1. Tried debug voice dialpeer, the number is going out the correct
interface with the correct dialing leg.

2. show controller t1 and show controllers t1 0/0/0 with no alarms,
interfaces are up.

3. the linecode and framing and wan type have been verified with isp

4. show voice port shows that all 24 t1 channels are in up/up state

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. thanks in advance

Hi York,

Please check the output of 'show isdn q931' to confirm the layer 1 status is 'Active' and Layer 2 status is 'Multiple Frames Established'

Please enable debug as follows when you make a test call:

debug voip ccapi inout

debug isdn q931

And attach the debug file here.

Since u have migrated the office, did u change the Service Provider and router as well?

Thanks you all for the response.

No the router and isp stays the same company. ISP said the circuits are clean. But there are unsure if the numbers have been migrated to the new circuits yet, but i was told that wether the numbers are migrated or not it does not affect the outbound dialing.

whenever i tried to issue an "debug isdn xxxx" command, the router does not like the isdn part and will say invalid command and have a ^ under the D.

i know the debug voip ccapi inout worked, will try to get the output tomorrow.

meanwhile i have a copy of this...
