DID Number Display

Hi Frenz,

We have configured 450 phones and everthing is fine.whenever these 450 IP Phone users dials,the hunt-pilot number (9500) will be displayed for the public network.

Got a new requirement from client for 100 IP Phones,whenever these 100 users dials,there DID numbers should be displayed for Public network.

Cisco Call Manager-8.6

Single Site

Only Publisher

Currently Four Digit Extension.

Need Help.

Configure external phone number mask on the DN to the number you want todos play on outbound PSTN calls and set the route patterns or route list to use external phone number mask.

Thanks for your help.

As you said its started working,unfortunately entire 10 digit started displaying in the phone

Created Different Route list and prefixed,everything working fine.
