DID- NUmbers

Hi,

I have 200 externsions in my office. and I got DIDs from PSTN as xxx5945300 to xxx5945499.

I am using the extension numbers starting from 300 to 499 and in this way I will DIDs and each phone will be able to get direct call from PSTN.

My question is can I use extension numbers starting from 700 to 899  with same PSTN plan as above.?

Sure, for eg: if you have a translation pattern 594543XX with the Called Party Transform Mask as 7XX and the same for the pattern 594544XX with the Called Party Transform Mask as 8XX that should do the job, the gateway should hit the TP first and the TP will do the manipulation and route the call over to the Phone.

If you don't have the same DID range, you can also provide a main number with an AA and then have people dial the extension.
