I got caller ID real name on Jabber mobile, however MRA phone (8865) has caller ID "ATTENDANT" for the same call.
How is this happened? Please advise.

This is because this setting is configured per device/directory number combinations. If you look at the directory numbers configuration and scroll down past call forward settings you’ll see device specific settings and if the DN is shared between multiple devices you’ll have the option to populate the settings to all devices that shares the line.

On the Directory Number page at the bottom end you'll have something similar to this.
