DISA without # ?

Hello @ all,
I have the following question:
We have set up a customer FAC enable it with the character # 0 to phone in its VOIP network.
That works without problems.

Now the customer wants to use the FAC with DISA.
DISA also works in the PSTN, but not in the VOIP network.

After the successful DISA dial comes to query the pin, which is completed with a # sign. Now the dial-up begins in the VoIP network with the character # 0-xxxxxx.
This does not work anymore.

Maybe someone has an idea whether you can change the sign after the pin # or any other idea?

hi Jorg,

DISA or Mobile Voice access will not work with FAC on callmanager.  Please find the docs below...
