Disable Divert

Is there a way to disable the Divert option on 8945 and 7841 phones?

Yes, remove it from the soft key template during the Ring In state.

Thank you for the quick response. This seems to be the correct answer to my problem. The next problem is... how to actually edit the Soft Key Template. I am reading through some guides... but I wish Cisco would make this type of thing easier.

Oh yeah.  They do try to hide that.  In the upper right hand corner is a drop down menu.  Configure Softkey Template is there.
