We are running CCME 4.0 on IOS 12.4(9)T at several locations. This are retail environments. The stores are getting CCME when they open in preparation for rolling out full CallManager across the enterprise later this year. I am having a lot of problems with users accidentally CFA to non existent extensions, then inbound calls stop working. Is there a way to disable CFA on the CCME system or on the phones themselves?
Thanks

Can you just not include CFA softkey in your template?

You can create a custom softkey template and remove CfwdAll softkey out of the phones. Once the soft key template is made you will go ahead and apply it to the ephones.

Thank you very much. I was not aware to could create ephone-templates in CCME. This resolved the issue.
