Hi All
while login to the Disaster Recovery System login page it take time ... after that when clicking on the backup nothing is happening
i have tried on all the browser .
CUCM VERSION :8.6.2.23077-1

2) Did you restart Tomcat?

It is install on MCS-7816-I4-IPC1 server
did the tomcat restart but still no luck

Are u trying to take backup on network or through tape?
Can u try through OS administartion using command
utils disaster_recovery backup network featurelist path servername username

I was try through the network only
how to do backup from os admin in cli
utils disaster_recovery backup network featurelist path servername username
servername is the pub or the sftp server name
and username is for the oub or sftp
please advise

Please try below steps:
utils disaster_recovery backup network featurelist path servername username
Parameters
ā¢ featurelist specifies the list of features to back up, separated by commas.
ā¢ path represents the location of the backup files on the remote server.
ā¢ servername represents the IP address or host name of the server where you stored the backup files.
ā¢ username represents the username that is needed to log in to the remote server.
Secondly, was this working setup or u upgraded from 7.x to 8.x?
Can u share output of command show memory size and show memory count from publisher?

The setup was working till the version 8.6.2.20000-2 For some problem with call flow issue we have to upgrade to the version 8.6.2.23077-1 after that the issue has started .
Total size of memory: 4.0 GB
Total number of memory modules: 2

Hi Raja,
You need tgo follow the steps:
a. login in OS Adminsitration page of Publisher using Putty.
b. On PC, run SFTP software like FREEFTPD in background.
Run the command
utils disaster_recovery backup network featurelist path servername username
