Hello,
I have and issue that a lot of inbound calls are failing, the disconect cause is 41 Temporary Failure.
I have an 3945 (3900-universalk9_npe-mz.SPA.151-2.T4.bin) with 3 E1 R2, CUCM version 8.5.
Outbound calls are working.
The Telco didnt find anything wrong.
What can be this issue? Some bug? Telco issue?
I have no errors on the 3 e1 r2

Hi Leonardo,
Is the gateway MGCP or H323? Can you provide the "debug isdn q931" and "debug voice ccapi inout" output for a test call along with the running config?
Check the CSS applied for Incoming calls on the gateway configuration page on cucm, also check if the 'Significant digits' setting on the gateway page on cucm is the same as the number of digits on called number on cucm.

Can you share the output of 'debug voice ccapi inout' 'show controller E1'?
Is this a new installation or ongoing one? Any changes to the environment recently?
Where are you seeing disconnect cause 41? Can you see if the disconnect cause for Org call leg or Dest call leg?
