Display name on IP Phone

Hi All,

I am using a CME for call routing,when a call is made the Cisco Phone displays "VOIP User:XXXX",where XXXX is the DN of the calling phone.
Could anyone please help me with the procedure to update the Username in place of XXXX?

Voice register and dn config as below:

voice register pool 1
id mac *************
number 1 dn 1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
username XXX password *******

voice register dn 1
number XXX

Please note I tried adding name to voice register dn 1 but that did not help.

Use the below commands to change the IP Phone caller ID and text display name in CME:

#voice register dn 1

(config-register-dn)#name XXX XXX    >>>>> caller ID

(config-register-dn)#label XXX XXX    >>>>> text display
