Hello All,
I have this issue with calls between Avaya Phones and Cisco Phones on my network.
When a call is made between the two types of Phone, the caller ID and Name of the Avaya Phone are displayed on the Cisco Phone during the conversation. But when the call is completed, the caller ID is not available or seen on the call log of Cisco Phones. As a result the caller on Avaya cannot be dialed back.
Kindly assist to provide a solution to this.

have not provided none of the information needed. System used? Connection type and protocols? relevant debug traces ?
Are you the end user and trying to do things yourself ?

The CUCM Version is 7.1.5(3) and the Avaya Communication Manager is 5.2.1 on S8500 Server
The connection type/protocol is IP H.323 Trunk
