Display On Time not working

Hello.

 

I'm having a problem with the Days Display Not Active Setting. I have changed it in the Common Device Profile, and assigned it to the phone. I have also changed it in the Enterprise Phone Configuration and on the Phone Configuration Page. It is not working on the scheduled time, it stays active all the time.

I tried to enable Display at 00:00 and disable at 00:01 so that would be disabled all the time, but it is not working too.

Is there another way to make it work? Am I missing something?

The customer wants to activate it from 08:00 to 18:00, but if that is not possible, he wants to disable it all the time.

 

CUCM Version: 8.6.2.10000-14

Phones Model: 7911/8941/6941/7940/7937

I had to use Days Backlight Not Active to solve the problem. I set Backlight On Time to 00:00 and Backlight On Duration to 00:01. This met customer demand.

Make sure that NTP sync is correct on cucm and time is correct on the
phones.

Then make sure that the setting is kept default in phone configuration page
to make sure that its not overriding what you are doing on common phone
configuration.

If all that is correct, perform factory reset on the phone to ensure that
it downloads the new configuration file with the new setting.

NTP is sync is correct and time on phones too. I did a factory reset but it didn't work.
This procedure shoud work for any phone model, right?

yes it should. I have it working on 7945/7965/9971
