I am deploying UC 520 with 11 units of 7975 phones.
There are 4 phones DND not function. when incoming call, user press DND then no response phone still ringing. I verified the ephone and ephonedn configuration all same.
Can someone guide me how to troubleshot this problem? or anybody facing this problem before.

Compare phone FW on the units with the problem, to the ones working OK.

Hi P.bevilacqua,
Both Cisco phone firmware are same. Is there any other thing i can check.

Configure DND to another softkey and check again.
