DND softkey not working

I am fairly new to the Cisco community.  I recently came into a few 7960 phones.  We have 7921, 7941 and 7961 phones that were part of our original purchase.  I am trying to introduce the 7960 phones to replace the 7941 phones(give the users 6 buttons vs. 2).  One of the phones functions fine, but one of the phones will not go to the DND mode from either idle or if the person is on a call.  The DND softkey shows on the screen above a softkey.  When you press it, nothing happens.  I have tried placing the e-phone under a different template.  I have created a new template to see if the phone will respond but no luck.  I have confirmed that both of the phones that I am working with have the same firmware.  Any suggestions?

Whats the Firmware versions on these phones?

Upon further review, the firmware on the phone that is working is showing 8.0(8.0) and the one not working is 8.0(9.0).  How do I get the firware versions to match?
