Do think this is normal or how to prevent it when show isdn status

Hi Several times, the output of show isdn status is normal, but after restarting cucm and its mgcp gateway router, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED does not appear when show isdn status. After removing isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager in the router and adding it back again, the isdn begin to have right output. Do you think it is normal or how to prevent it? Thank you

There are many defects in this version, checking the right now but this version is too buggy.
