DRS BACK UP DOES NOT HAPPEN BE6K 10.0.1

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well,

I have configured a network back up device and scheduled weekly back ups to happen using a freeftpd server, the server is pingable, virtual path for back up storage folder also defined, SFTP shows running on the target server, 

However we havent received any back ups from te cucm for the past two weeks, i.e two instances.

What could be the issue here, what could be the start point and major areas of investigation and troubleshooting.

Restart the DRF Master and Local agent services on CUCM.

Try a manual backup and see if that works.

If the manual backup also fails then collect DRF traces for further investigation.

Also, besides what Manish suggested, make sure you actually enabled the schedule, it's easy to miss that step.
