hello,

Im trying to do the DRS, and is fine, but I have a question. is normal that just appear the feature CCM for do the DRS in the CUCM 7.1(5b)SU4? Im not sure but i think in other version of CUCM have more fetures to choice.

Hi Oscar,

This is the expected behavior for CUCM 7.x & 8.x versions. When you select

CCM all the other components (that used to be offered individually) are backed up

automatically
