Hi ,
I have facing some problem for IP Telephony system.
When I have call from outside on IP Telephony system like "+8809610127777" then DTMF and IVR tone working fine But after I have dial extension
number like "520" but call not transfer this extension again repeat IVR tone.
So please any body help me regarding this issue

Which ivr it is ?
Anyway, check restrictions table and hope you allowed transfers to numbers which are not associated with user or call handlers.
