DTMF Issue with Call Manager 8.5

Hi,

I am having an issue with DTMF tones with Call Manager 8.5 when making calls through a 2921 h323 gateway. External calls work fine, but when I dial in to any conference  call, the phones do not recognise DTMF tones. with the exception of * and # . From debugging vtsp on the gateway, i can see the digits on the gateway. I have tried all types of dtmf-relay configuration under my dial peer, but still have the same issue. I have tried 2 versions of IOS also on the gateway. Has anyoone come accross this before?

Did you try make incoming voip dial peer with dtmf-relay h245-alph

If didn't work erase the configurations and do it again

enable dtmf relay h245 alpha number numric on the dial-peers

and enable debug h245asn1 and debug cch323 h245 and see if you can see the dtmf in h245 debugs.

Also check if each digit is sent once and not twice.
