Good morning. I' ve the following problem:
A call arrive on PRI connected to a cisco voice gateway cisco 2811 with IOS 12.4.24.T1.
When the user answer calls and before starting the conversation, in background I feel some dtmf tones.
This is a problem for my application, because it use the dtmf tone to activate some services.
How can solve the problem?

You are not saying if that happens for all calls, and if the same tones always.
However I would test without the application, and with a basic configuration.

This may be a IOS software issue...Try downgrading the software and see if that helps. I would have suggested upgrading the IOS but this is the latest in in the 12.4 series

No need to worry about keeping 12.4. One can update to 15.0 or 15.1 without any issue.

Also for me is a software issue and now I will try to change IOS with release 15.0.

Hi Paolo, the problem happens with all calls, and also without the application.
When remote user answer the calls, before stating cnvertationin background i feel some dtmf tone, always the same.

So, what's the call flow? Devices involve? Configurations?
