Hi Everyone,
My setup is as follows;
IP Phone --> CUCM --> Voice Gateway (ISDN BRI) --> PSTN
The Problem;
When users dial a certain outside number the DTMF they input is sent twice. Ex- if they press 1, it is sent as 11 (They can hear the dual tone)
It only happens for this number, I have tried other outside numbers using IVR and they dont have a issue.
Can someone tell me where to start looking.

is this SIP or H323 from CUCM to voicegateway?
in either case, can you add the call traces to the post an state what number is being dialed.

Thanks for your reply, Its a H323 connection from the CUCM to voice gateway.
Which traces would be required? will only the CTIManager and CallManager traces be sufficient??
