Hi ,
We have got Cisco call manager version 10.5.2 with DX650 IP phones running on sipdx650.10-2-5-212.
We face very strange problem of only DX650 ringing continuously on its own. This problem is being faced randomly by DX650 users say in 2-3 months. So, we need to power off and ON the device to stop.
I cam across this bug but we do not have SNR configured.
CSCul41217
Conditions:
DX650 is SNR configured with a mobile phone. Same mobile phone is blue tooth paired with DX650. User calls DX650's DN from the mobile phone.
Has anyone come across this issue ?

Hi Aman,
I came across a TAC case with this symptom and several other issues and one of the bugs identified was the following
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvc92964/?reffering_site=dumpcr
You may check if the workaround suggested in the bug details is feasible in your scenario, if the issue persists you may need TAC to investigate this.

Hi Manish,
thanks for reply.
The bug talks about Feature Control Policy with Soft keys getting disappeared.
Two months back we engaged TAC and simply upgraded the firmware. The phones were stable for 2 months.
Now again the problem has occurred. Phones are working on PWR-CUBE.
