Hey Guys, I am playing around with solutions to support a couple of hearing-impaired employees we have on site. Originally we went through CAP.MIL and procured some CapTEL i2400BT devices and placed them. I am getting feedback from the customers that that solution has spotty service, and it is slow because it relies on human translation vs. a speech to text app machine based translation.
Has anyone had similar experiences? What have you tried? We have CUCM 11.5.x, with 7800 and 8800 series devices currently, and the HAC features built into the Cisco products are not enough to make these guys happy.
