You haven't put the complete show controllers ?
Check cabling to telco termination, what is that ?

Hi, you may be using the wrong cable, check pinout as documented in the VWIC installation manual. Then as mentioned above you need to post the complete output of "show controllers E1".

Hi, your isdn is not fully up yet, when it is, it will show "multiframe established".
You must configure "network-clock-participate wic 0" and "network-clock-select 1 e1 0/0/0".
After that ask telco to restart service on the switch and further calling issues can be looked at.

just to add to Paulo nice posts, if physical setup and cabling is ok and E1 is activated and ready by telco, try to check the correct isdn switch type and if you have a CCM then make sure you are assigning the correct isdn switch type under Gateway configuration as well
