e1 isdn PRI on x21 to RJ45

I will migrate an existing AVAYA site to Call Manager. The existing PSTN connection is through a ISDN PRI. The ISDN modem has an X21 output interface for g703 (120 ohm) and there is a cable converting x21 to RJ45. This setup works fine on AVAYA. However when I connect the RJ45 to my E1 port (VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1) it doesn't work. I am sure of my controller configuration. I have also changed the framing etc. So there is no problem there. I belive the problem is with pinouts. Could someone make some comments/recommendations if there is any cable doing a proper conversion from X21 to RJ45 for the use of VWIC3-MFT-E1?

Post 'show controllers E1'.

Note that is very strange that E1 is delivered on X.21, you should actually look at the box the X.21 comes from, or ask telco.
