Enable Change Credential on desktop VTC

Good afternoon,

Is there a way to enable the change credential function on desktop VTCs to allow users to change their pins on extension mobility? I am in the process of enabling this function in my organization and was able to enable this on small devices such as the Cisco 8841s but not the larger devices such as the DX80s.  On the DX80s, I was able to enable the extension mobility option to allow users to log in with their user ID profiles but do not see an option for change credential

The option to change the PIN is given based on the state of login for the user. Have you assigned the EM phone service to both the devices and UDPs?
