CUC 10.5 Auto Attendant: Transfer incoming calls to external numbers

Hi all,

I am using Unity Connection CallHandler for auto attendant and all is working normally. I am trying to figure out if there is away for me to tell the CallHandler to transfer incoming calls to external numbers. For example, an incoming call to the AA and the caller enters the user 4-digit extension and the call get routed to a 10-digit external number.
I was able to get it to work by modifying the Alternate transfer rule under the user. Is there a way to accomplish this under the CallHandler ? this way I don't have to go to each user and modify the Alternate transfer rule.

As your relying on information on the user object to route the call there are no other options.
