Enterprise License Manager and CUWL license

Dear all,

I have CM9.1 UCN9.1, ELM 9.1 and with 150x CUWL license

I used LDAP integration for both CM and UCN

But while I viewed ELM reports, it said all the UCN users are in insufficient license stage.

Why ELM not count the CUWL for the UCN users? Sth wrong with the configuration?

Did you sync the UCXN with ELM? Can you post a screen shot of you are seeing?

CUCM and CXN will both install a local ELM instance. You can either use *one* of those or install a standalone instance of ELM. Either way you need to point the products to it as they will both auto-integrate with their local instance by default. For example, if you uploaded your license file to the ELM instance on CUCM you need to move CXN to the CUCM ELM.
