Error Code:1101-Email scheduling report for CCM

Hi,

I would like to configure CM to send CDR reports through email. Whenever i would like to do so i get the error code:1101. Can someone suggest me what needs to be done??

Hello,

How haev you configured the mail parameters in the CDR analysis and reporting?

PLease provide a screen shot.

Could not find a doc on the exact way we should configure, but here are the main steps:

1-Choose System > System Parameters > Mail Parameters.The Mail Parameters
window displays.

2-In the Mail ID field, enter the e-mail identifier that will be used in the
From field when e-mails are sent.

3-In the Password field, enter the password used to access the server
running the e-mail system.
Note : CAR does not authenticate the user ID and password. You must disable
authentication on the mail server or enter a valid user ID and password.

4-In the Confirm Password field, enter the same password from Step 3 to
confirm.

5-In the Mail Domain field, enter the domain name for the server running the
e-mail system.

6-In the Main Server Name field, enter the name or IP address of the server
running the e-mail system.

7-To make the changes, click the Update button.

Confirm the above and try again.

The config looks good now

Can you provide a packet capture from the CLI of all the publisher, use the command:

utils network capture file TAC3 size ALL count=100000

Try to send the report and then stop the capture using ctrl + c

Collect the capture from the RTMT tool, and collect the packet capture logs for the same time.

Do mention the IP address of the publisher and the exchange server.

Hi,

Finally it's working..In Mail Server CCM IP was allowed & i started getting the reports through email..However there is another problem...CCM is configured for LDAP. In LDAP users are having email id configured, so reports are going to all end users mailbox...I only want to get the reports into my email...Is this possible??
