Exchange 2010 Integration with Unity 8.6

Hi All,

I am trying  Unity 8.6 integration with Exchange 2010, Exchange is also installed by me, No Exchange expert in place. I want to know, What is the configuration required on Exchange server 2010 to achieve the Single Inbox Feature.

I am trying to do the Integration on IMAP4.

So, do you want Single Inbox or IMAP integration? These are 2 different types of integration.  Single Inbox is preferred and the step by step directions on what needs to be done on Exchange can be found here:

Hi Chris,

Thank You for replying.

i worked on this document. and did the configuration according to this doc.

For Single Inbox, We need to configure the SMTP configuration on the Exchange server. Then some relay message configuration.

When SMTP emails are working on the Exchange, Then we can create the unified message service account on exchange and then run the command through SSL on exchange.

I need some help to configure the exchange for SMTP and how we will doing the testing after configuration
