Expansion Module not working with Cisco MPP 8851 running 11-3-3.

We have the below Cisco Key Module and Cisco MPP 8851 phone using an external power supply that will not power the Key Module. We are looking for assistance on getting this to work for our customers.

Phone info: PID VID CP-8851-3PCC-K9V19

Phone is running 11-3-3 firmware.

Key Module info: PID: CP-8800-A-KEM

Power Supply info: CPN 341-100594-02 B0

You need a 3PCC/MPP KEM, the one you have is for phones with enterprise FW
