We just had Expressway setup so we can use Mobile Remote Access and take phones home, and register with our Call Manager. I tested this yesterday and had the option to use a QR code to input the network information. Where do I get this information from or is it something that I should generate and then give to my users? If I generate it, how does it need to be formatted?
Any information anyone can give me on where to obtain the QR code or how it should be generated would be wonderful.
Thanks
Joe

Hi Joe,
In the following document you can find how to format the qr code for 8800 series ip phones
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/8800-series/english/11-0-1/releasenotes/p881_b_cisco-ip-phone-8800-series.html
To generate it there are many online tools.

There is a tool specifically for these QR codes here: http://technologyordie.com/mra-qr-generator but any old generator will do.
Use the format: mradomainname.com,username. The username is optional the domain is required. The password will obviously still need to be typed in for security reasons.
