Hi all,

I have 4 ext 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004 ,  I need to configure the order in how they will ring.

Fist 1001 ----> if this won't answer this will go to line 1002 and so one.  But I can't make it work it not passing to  1002.

thanks.

Assuming this is Callmanager then I'd create a hunt group for the three overflow destinations, then set call forward no answer on 1001 to point to the hunt pilot.

Or you could set 1001 to forward to 1002, 1002 forward to 1003, 1003 forwards to 1004.  However if you do this then these forwards will apply to any calls to those extensions, not just calls that have been redirected from 1001.

Hello Tony,

I checked all and the issue was from my side. And thanks for the forward example it help me fix other issue i had.

thanks.
