I have tried to find Extension Mobility - 'Please try to login again (201) ERROR' and do not see any content about this specific error. We have been using EM on our clusters for many years and have over a hundred people utilizing this successfully. This error popped up today as soon as the services button was pushed. EM is the only service on the phone. It looked as if it was trying to log into the last logon automatically. Any
This error was for 2 different people in the same time frame. The time frame was only about 15 minutes and then all started to work and we can't recreate it now.
I'm wondering if it was a problem with the Extension Mobility service, which may have resolved itself. Can you pull the trace file for the Extension Mobility Service for that timeframe and post it here?
