Extension Mobility - Please try to login again (201) ERROR

Hello,

We recently updated another building (a little over a week ago).  We are using CM System version: 9.1.2.10000-28.

The engineer, who is no longer here, setup extension mobility.

A user accidentally logged out of Extension Mobility, and when we attempt to log her back in, we get a "Please try to login again (201)" error.  We are typing her correct username and pin.

Any ideas on how to correct this.  We are learning extension mobility, so we do not have much knowledge in the area, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and please forgive the ignorance.  Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Try to reset the PIN on the CM -> End user profile, you can also refer the below links for more info on this.

Make sure that extension mobility check box is ticked inside the phone configuration under extension mobility section

Most of the time the issue is that you're not using the right information, try with other UDP on the same phone, if it works, most likely the user is either mistyping something, or does not know his userid or password.

Hi Joseph,

I guess your CUCM is integrated with AD . Kindly create a local end user in CUCM and access through that, it will work. for example if LDAP user is das , create a local user as das1 and try login.
