Hi All,
I have CUCM 8.5.1.11900-21 , my question is :
We have some users with Extension Mobility option configured with a End User + Device profile.
Users login in to phone and them they configure a call forward to their celular. When users logout the phone the call forward keeps active.
We need erase this call forward automatic when the users logout the phone.

Hello Cesar,
You mean when User logged out from EM then you have manually disable the Call-forward feature from that phone?

I am not aware of being able to accomplish this. Perhaps some 3rd party product would be an option, but I am not familiar with one that would do this.
