External Directory Lookup not happening for Sip phones - CME

Hello,

I am not able to fetch the external directory lookup in SIP Phones (Model: 7821 & 8831). Am having Cisco 2951 router which runs CME 11.5 version. while searching corporate directory in SIP Phones, it just requesting and no response even after several seconds.

whereas the CUCM 8.5v does the same external directory lookup in SIP Phones. 

CME Configuration FYR:-

voice register global
mode cme
source-address 10.20.233.10 port 5060
max-dn 180
max-pool 99
load 7821 sip78xx.11-5-1-18.loads
load 8831 sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5-NA.loads

Anyone please help to fix my issue..!

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has the same issue.

Based on information I found on mutliple forum.

I have added mac address of phones from CME to CUCM

I did reset CUCM phones.

Still no success, it seems to connect to directory but I have 0 contact found

Do I miss something here?
