Hello,
I am trying to display a specific number on the receiving side, when a user makes an outbound call.
At the moment it's displayed the generic reception number, which I assume is configured at the Gateway/trunk level.
How can I override the global setting for this individual user? Changing the number at global level is not an option.
Putting the number is External Phone Number Mask is not working as it still displays the generic number.
Thanks

You need to find out from there the pilot number gets added. it can be from CUCM or it can be from the gateway.
Run a DNA and see the call flow.
Also kindly share the gateway configuration.
After configuring the external pone number mask on the device, from route pattern you need to enable "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" check box.

If it’s a pri connection with isp share the debug isdn q931 and if it’s sip trunk with isp, share the debug voice ccapi inout
also kindly share the gateway config to see if there exit any translation from the gateway.
From the DNA I can see your calling information as 0289844111.
