One option is to use the Phone Remote tool which can be found here:
http://www.voipintegration.com/software.html
This will allow you to take control of a phone and enter the key sequence required to do a factory reset as detailed in this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_tech_note09186a00800941bb.shtml
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

How does that work? Does it need to be installed on the CCM server or can I run it on my desktop? I can not find any documentation.

Hi Brandon,
Would remote control work for a reset sequence? It is done a boot time before network connectivity is established, so I doubt it would work. But, I haven't tried myself.

It would not work for the reset sequence done at boot, but it would work to use Erase Configuration in the Settings menu.
