Failed Calls within a Dial-Peer?

All,

Can someone please explain the meaning of these values in bold within a VoIP dial-peer:

Successful Calls = 1156, Failed Calls = 14244, Incomplete Calls = 3

I am slightly worried that I have 14244 calls showing as failed.

*This is a Cisco UBE on the end of a SIP Trunk to an ITSP and this dial-peer is the incoming dial-peer which matches the DDI range and sends the digits to CUCM.

Thanks

Dean

Hi

It means 14244 calls have failed - this could be for any reason; e.g. config issues when this was implemented, a transitory failure at some point in the past...or they might be calls that are currently failing.

I would be checking to see if it is incrementing.

If it is you can trace the calls (debug ccsip messages) to see what is going wrong.
